In next 03 financial year activation of 3 associations/ formation of groups, formation of capital of Tk 1 lakh 5 thousand, provision of income enhancing and motivational training to 90 beneficiaries, distribution of micro and entrepreneurial loans of Tk 60 lakhs among beneficiaries, about 60 beneficiaries are self-reliant by creating employment in various categories. Actions are being taken. Apart from this, provision of adequate loan fund, bringing down the cost of services, creating adequate training fund, implementing all expansionary activities, reducing excessive dependence on small loans, conducting ongoing activities through ICT, introducing modern and technology-based monitoring system. , integrated implementation of overall activities at grass root level, proper management of activities through performance audit, active participation of women in economic activities through training, ensuring women's education and health and promoting micro and infrastructural development, imparting formal/non-formal education, annual report/quarterly report at a glance Preparation plans are being adopted.
